Author Affiliation: Dr. Bandstra is the Assistant Director of Residency Training, in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Ekeanyanwu is a resident in the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine.
